Brighton-le-Sands runs along the western shore of Botany Bay, and the corner where Bay Street meets the Grand Parade is the heart of it, lined with cafés and restaurants that draw people down to the water all year round.
The housing steps down in density as you move back from the bay. Along and near the Grand Parade there are apartment buildings, both older walk-up flats and newer high-rise. Further inland it becomes ordinary low-density streets of detached homes. That split decides what kind of bin suits your job, and it is worth checking before you book: apartment buildings here often handle waste through their own strata contractor, so a driveway skip may not be an option. Ask your building manager first.
For the houses, the work is the familiar mix of renovations, garage clear-outs and full house clean-outs. Parking near the foreshore is tight, particularly on weekends and through summer, so if your address is close to the water, book early in the day and we’ll plan placement with you.
Brighton-le-Sands is a longer run from our Revesby depot, but a direct one, and same-day delivery is the standard.
Brighton-le-Sands is in the Bayside Council area. A bin on your own property doesn’t need approval. On the footpath, nature strip or road, the council requires a permit first. Tell us at booking and we’ll walk you through it.
