of Service

By booking a bin or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

We provide skip bins, delivery, collection, and waste removal services across Sydney for residential and commercial customers.

• Standard hire is up to 14 days
• Shorter or longer hire periods may apply for promotions, special offers, or commercial agreements
• Additional days beyond the agreed period may incur daily hire fees
• For builders or ongoing jobs, hire periods can be tailored to suit your project

Your quoted price includes:

• Delivery and collection
• A set weight allowance
• Standard hire period

Additional charges may apply for:

• Extra weight
• Extended hire
• Incorrect or mixed waste
• Site delays or access issues
• Special or urgent services

All prices are plus GST unless stated otherwise.

Due to fluctuations in fuel costs, a temporary fuel levy may be applied to services.

• This will be clearly shown on your quote or invoice
• The levy may change or be removed at any time in line with market conditions

You must only place approved waste in the bin.

Prohibited items include:

• Asbestos
• Chemicals, liquids, or hazardous waste
• Gas bottles
• Batteries
• Explosives

If prohibited waste is found, additional handling and disposal fees will apply.

• You must provide safe and clear access for our trucks
• Surfaces must be suitable for heavy vehicles
• If placing a bin on the road, you may need a council permit

We are not responsible for:

• Damage to driveways or surfaces
• Underground services
• Issues caused by site conditions

• Do not fill above the rim
• Do not move the bin once placed
• Ensure safe use while the bin is on site

You are responsible for the bin while it’s at your property or site

• We aim to be on time, but times are not guaranteed
• If we cannot access the bin for delivery or pickup, a return fee may apply

For commercial and construction sites:

• You are responsible for managing bin use and access
• Pricing may vary based on waste type, volume, and site conditions
• Additional charges apply for contamination, delays, or changes to agreed service

• Use of our bins is at your own risk
• You are responsible for any damage, misuse, or unsafe conditions
• We are not liable for delays outside our control (weather, traffic, etc.)

• Payment must be made as agreed at booking or account setup
• We may pause services if accounts are overdue
• Additional costs will be invoiced where applicable

• Please give notice if you need to cancel or reschedule
• Late changes may incur a fee

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
