If you realise early that the bin is too small, contact our team and we’ll do our best to arrange a swap (subject to availability).

Our standard hire period is 14 days. You can select your preferred pickup date during booking. If you need the bin longer, just let us know and we’ll arrange an extension (additional charges may apply).

Each bin size includes a weight allowance, which is clearly shown during booking. If additional weight is exceeded, standard excess charges apply based on the waste type. There are no hidden fees, everything is outlined upfront before you confirm your booking.

If the skip bin will be placed on public property (such as the road or footpath), a council permit is usually required. If the bin is placed on private property, like your driveway, no permit is needed. We recommend checking with your local council if you’re unsure.

The type of waste you can dispose of depends on the option selected during booking. Common waste types include general household waste, renovation waste, concrete and bricks, soil and clean fill, and asbestos (special conditions apply). Always select the correct waste type when booking to ensure accurate pricing.
